How integration works
Anura has integrated with Zoho CRM in order to simplify and improve communications and provide a better service to your customers. The click to call functionality will allow
you to streamline contact processes. You can have complete track since all your calls and their recordings will be registered in Zoho CRM.
Requirements to configure the integration
Before configuring the integration you need to have the services of Zoho CRM and Anura's Cloud Telephony. If you do not currently have the Anura's Cloud Telephony service you can get it at
Steps to activate integration
0 - Verify that Zoho PhoneBridge is activated
Before you start using Phone Bridge, it has to be enabled from your Zoho CRM account.
To enable PhoneBridge
- Go to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
- Click Enable PhoneBridge.
1 - Login to Anura Control Panel
2 - Select CONFIG -> Integrations -> Zoho CRM
3 - Select Zoho Zone and press connect
4 - Login to Zoho CRM and Authorize
5 - Set up the relationship between Anura accounts with Zoho CRM users
